Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Unused Products: Refunds are available for perfumes that are returned unused in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfumes.
  • Timeframe: Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of purchase. Please note that the exact timeframe may vary depending on local regulations or specific store policies.

Refund Process:

  • Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. Refunds will only be issued for products that are in their unused, original condition.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to the bank account of the customer.

Exceptions:

  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as final sale or clearance items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Shipping Costs

  • Return/Refund Shipping: For returns/refunds due to a change of mind or any other reason (other than under damaged or incorrect products), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final refund amount if not initially settled.
