Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: Products must be returned in their unused, original condition. 
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Return Process

Exchanges

  • Process: To exchange a product, please follow the same process as a return. If you prefer an exchange over a refund, we will process it upon receiving the returned item.
  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired product.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • Notification: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately at [adbaa.shop@gmail.com/+92 336 0747149]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
  • Proof: Provide photos of the damaged or defective item to assist in processing your claim.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale: Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Custom Orders: Custom or special order items cannot be returned or exchanged

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: For returns due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
